It helps us to find the chat of any space by saving them as a history.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<br\/>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Find Apps:<\/strong> Here, you can find and use any app of Google Workspace such as Google Drive, Meet, Calendar, Sheet, Docs, Slide, and more. Here, we\u2019ll go to the Plus (+) Icon option to generate a new Space and click on the \u201cCreate a Space\u201d button.&nbsp; Now, give an appropriate name to it as I gave it \u201cAgent Chat Space\u201d and click on the Create button.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<br\/>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"3\">\n<li>As the Space has been created, now let\u2019s add the members to it. For this, click on the Dropdown button, next to your Space name and select the \u201cManage Members\u201d option and add your team members by clicking on the (+) Add button. Just like here, I\u2019m adding my teammate and clicking on the \u201cAdd\u201d button showing in the bottom right.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<br\/>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"4\">\n<li>Once. it\u2019s done, now get back to the \u201cSpace\u201d Dropdown button and click on the \u201cApps &amp; Integrations\u201d option. Next to this, click on the \u201c(+) Add webhooks\u201d button arising in the bottom right corner. Here, we\u2019ll give an appropriate name to the \u201cto be incoming bot-message\u201d.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<br\/>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"5\">\n<li><strong>For example<\/strong>, I\u2019m giving the \u201cReminder Bot\u201d name to it and also adding the \u201cAvatar URL\u201d before clicking on the \u201cSave\u201d button. Here, you can see the name has been fixed. Now, we\u2019ll click on the three-dot option (Hamburger Menu Icon) and will copy the URL link. Now, we\u2019ll come to the Postman Application in the collection section and will choose the \u201cPost\u201d option from the dropdown and will paste the copied link here.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<br\/>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"6\">\n<li>Once, it\u2019s done, we\u2019ll come to the \u201cbody\u201d section and will select the \u201craw\u201d option along with JSON file format. Here, we\u2019ll code a little in which, we\u2019ll press the Open Curly Bracket ({) then press enter and in the next line we\u2019ll type \u201ctext\u201d: \u201cHey, Please Take Daily Client chat, if any query, let me know\u201d and again jump into next line and will press the close Curly Bracket (}). <strong>\u201c<em>You can also copy this code from the description box of our YouTube Video\u201d <\/em><\/strong>and replace the text with an appropriate bot message.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<br\/>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"7\">\n<li>Once the process is done, click on the \u201cSend\u201d button. Again with the postman application ask you for end-of-the-day results like Please Tell me how many calls are completed today. For this, we\u2019ll get back to the dropdown option of \u201cAgent Chat Space\u201d and select the option for \u201cApps &amp; Integrations\u201d.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<br\/>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"2\">\n<li>Once again, we\u2019ll click on the \u201c(+) Add webhooks\u201d button showing in the bottom right corner.Now, will give a name to the \u201cto be incoming bot-message\u201d and click on the \u201cSave\u201d button by adding the URL in the location of Avatar URL, just like the way we did it last time.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<br\/>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"3\">\n<li>Again, we\u2019ll click on the three-dot option, copy the URL link, and come into the coding section of the Postman Application.
